We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delays may happen due to carriers. Once shipped, it’s in the hands of the delivery pros!

Love your leather or let us know! You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us at bygoneleather11@gmail.com to start the process. Return shipping is on you, unless we messed up or the item’s defective.
